What we collect
The Glow Manual stores the name, email and business details you choose to submit, your interests, the date of your request and a record of your consent. Contact and feedback forms also save your message, category, public page path (without query strings), date and review status. Feedback may be anonymous. Please do not submit client, patient, treatment or other sensitive information.
Why we collect it
We use your request to understand demand, plan the product and contact you about early access. If you request agency help, we may follow up about that interest. Joining does not create a paid account or guarantee access on a particular date.
Your email preferences
Early-access follow-up and optional marketing are separate choices. We only use your email for news and resources if you opt in. You can ask us to stop contacting you, access your information or remove your request through the contact form. We verify ownership before disclosing or removing personal information.
Contact messages are used to review your request and improve TGM. They do not enroll you in marketing. Use the contact form for requests about your information.
Storage and access
Requests are held in TGM’s dedicated database. Access is limited to authorized operators and service providers needed to host and operate the signup process. We do not sell your signup information or publish your business as a directory listing.
Retention and measurement
We review requests within 12 months and remove those no longer needed for early access or handling your request unless you have asked to keep receiving updates. This website does not use advertising trackers or session recording. Essential authentication storage is used only when an operator signs in.
